Delivery
All orders are delivered for a set fee of £4.95. We currently deliver the Saturday after the 12noon deadline on the previous Thursday. Note orders placed by the 12 noon deadline on the Thursday will be delivered the coming Saturday.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods and if you see any damage to the packaging, make a note on the courier’s delivery papers and advise us as soon as possible.
Please can you ensure you give us a phone number, any special directions and any instructions as to where to put your shopping should you not be at home.
The area we deliver to is heading south from Bontnewydd to Aberdaron and heading east as far as Porthmadog. If you are not sure if we deliver to your area please contact us before placing your order.
Why not collect your shopping from us. Your order will be ready for collection between 12noon and 4pm on Friday from our offices at Outer Harbour, which is near Gimblet Rock, next door to Partington Marine.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery,
Part Orders
We will advise you by email if we are unable to complete your order.
Shortages or Damages
All claims for shortages or damage must be notified within 24 hours of delivery
Returns Policy
You may return goods to The Little Red Box within 7 days of receipt if, for any reason, you are unhappy with them.
However this does not apply to food stuffs and perishable or items whch have been personalized or customized. In these cases goods cannot be returned unless faulty.
The Little Red Box must be contacted by telephone within 7 days of receipt if you intend to return any goods.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless you received them in error, or there is something wrong with the goods.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
Goods should be returned in their original packing and care should be taken to ensure they are not damaged in any way.
Prices
We reserve the right to alter prices, stock and services without notification, subject to market fluctuations and variations in relevant exchange rates.
However we will endeavour to advise customers of any changes where possible.
All goods include UK sales tax at the appropriate rate.
Payment
All online payments are conducted through Protx secure servers..
There will be no contractual obligation between you and The Little Red Box for the supply by it to you of any product until such time as the goods are shipped and the credit card debited.
Any disputes or claims arising from such a contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Security
Our website is secure. Credit card details are not stored online. We use Protx for all transactions so you can shop in confidence.
